Telefônica Brasil S.A. (NYSE:VIV) is Brazil's largest telecommunications company and a subsidiary of Spain's Telefônica Group. Originally incorporated in 1998 as Telecomunicações de São Paulo S.A. (TELESP), the company changed its name to Telefônica Brasil in 2011.
