Perdoceo Education Corporation signed a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of South University Savannah, LLC from South University – Member, Inc. for an initial $150 million plus $18 million deferred and up to $56 million in earn-outs, expected to close as early as April 2027.
