Kochav Defense Acquisition Corp. announced that its sponsor will contribute $0.06 per non-redeemed public share to the trust account for the first three months of a proposed extension, capped at $300,000 in aggregate, and $0.02 per share per month thereafter, capped at $100,000 per month.
