Espec Corp reported its fiscal year ending March 2027 first-quarter (April-June) results on August 6, with consolidated ordinary profit rising 53.2% year-on-year to 520 million yen, though the progress rate against the first-half plan of 3.25 billion yen was only 16.2%, below the five-year average of 21.6%.
