Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings announced a dividend revision, setting its previously undecided interim dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2027 at 25 yen per share, up 3 yen from 22 yen a year earlier, while leaving the year-end dividend undecided.

Tokai Tokyo Intelligence Lab (TTIL), a think tank under Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, appointed Masatoshi Kikuchi, former chief equity strategist at Mizuho Securities, as chairman and chief equity strategist. He joined on August 1, and the position was newly created for his recruitment.
