Alps Alpine announced it will record an approximately 6 billion yen gain from selling its stake in Nippon Seiki in the April-September 2026 period, after the two companies agreed in January to end their capital and business alliance.

Nippon Seiki reported consolidated results for Q1 FY2027 (April-June 2026): revenue 83,252 million yen (+9.2% YoY), operating profit 2,191 million yen (+44.0% YoY), net profit attributable to parent 1,517 million yen (+116.2% YoY).
