Chinese game developer Electronic Soul Network (603258.SH) announced that actual controllers Hu Jianping and Chen Fang divorced and split shares, with Hu transferring 7.2829 million shares (3% of total share capital) to Chen Fang, after which Hu's stake fell to 2.78% and Chen's rose to 13.78%, and the two signed a 36-month concerted-action agreement jointly controlling 16.56% of the company without any change of control.
