Venus Medtech (02500) announced a plan to raise about RMB 500 million by issuing new shares and convertible bonds, including a placement of about 184.5 million new shares at HK$1.078 per share and HK$379.7 million principal amount of convertible bonds at an initial conversion price of HK$1.1858 per share.
