Modern Dairy announced that the irrevocable voting proxy granted by Start Great over 830 million China Shengmu shares (about 9.90%) partially lapsed, while 1.257 billion shares (about 15.00%) remain fully valid, leaving Modern Dairy Holdings and its concert parties able to exercise voting rights over a total of 7 billion shares (about 83.52%).
