Hang Lung Properties split its four-storey FASHION WALK shop space in Causeway Bay, previously rented by H&M, into three units leased to pharmacy chain Lung Fung, mainland womenswear brand W.Management and buffet restaurant Qianhai Seafood at a combined monthly rent of about HK$3.5 million.
