Shanghai Changyuan Electronic Materials, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material, signed an investment agreement with the Zhejiang Dushangang Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee to build a production base in Dushangang, Zhejiang, with an estimated total investment of up to RMB 800 million.
