Yuneng Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yuneng New Energy will invest 124 million yuan to establish a wholly-owned grand subsidiary Yuneng Ruzhou Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd., which will build a 100MW wind power project in Ruzhou with a total dynamic investment of 412 million yuan, funded 30% by equity and the rest by bank loans.
