The China Securities Regulatory Commission opened an investigation into Qingdao Beiyang Tianqing Shulian Intelligent Co., Ltd., a controlling subsidiary of Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric, over suspected false records, misleading statements or material omissions in information provided during its asset restructuring.

Jingcheng Machinery Electric announced its interim results for the six months ended June 2026, with revenue of 652 million RMB, down 4.2% year-on-year, and a widened net loss of 62.63 million RMB, compared to a loss of 15.76 million RMB in the same period last year.
