China Uranium held a meeting on August 10, 2026, agreeing to increase its estimated daily related-party transaction amount for 2026 with related party CNNC and its wholly-owned subsidiaries by 2.715 billion yuan, bringing the total estimated amount to no more than 27.712 billion yuan, subject to shareholder approval.
